We’ve established a comprehensive and effective approach to catering both short and day-long meetings which has been used by many of our corporate clients through the years. We pride ourselves on being able to respond to last minute requests as well as planning many successful full day events including all meals and breaks. Our executive Chef designs individual menus that appropriately match the needs of your group. Just recently we presented a high level group an exceptional luncheon menu.
Their entrée plate consisted of Grilled Salmon atop a bed of seasoned Orzo pasta tossed with
vibrant vegetables flowing from a Parmesan Cheese cup. He
utilized Endive to hold the Asparagus that elegantly finished off
the plate. For the dessert, individually made chocolate teacups
were filled with a White Chocolate Mousse accented with an
almond cookie shaped spoon to add a unique finishing touch.
